Cancellations and Rescheduling:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice within this time frame may result in a charge for the full treatment.
Late Arrival:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration, and the full treatment fee will still apply.
Deposits for Group Bookings, Packages, and Public Holidays:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all group bookings, spa packages, and bookings made on public holidays.
